Company founded by Florence Kroeber ( German) at 10 Courtland Street, NYC in 1887. The Company was liquidated in 1904. Clock has a pat date of 1878. Kroger died in 1904 and was bankrupt. He designed this case but purchased mvmts from various Conn. makers.  His clocks are desirable collectibles especially with calendar.
