Vintage Westclox Big Ben Loud Alarm mechanical wind-up clock, made in the U.S.A., presented with a substantial dark-finished wooden display cabinet.

The clock features a cream-colored dial marked “WESTCLOX BIG BEN” and “LOUD ALARM,” with large black 1–12 hour numerals, outer minute markers, distinctive black hands and a small subsidiary alarm-setting dial below the 12.

The round metal clock has a traditional mechanical wind-up movement, top carrying ring, twin front feet and rear winding, setting and alarm controls. The back is stamped with U.S. patent information and “MADE IN U.S.A.”

The accompanying wooden cabinet has a circular front opening that displays the Big Ben clock, a moulded projecting top and stepped base, hinged access door and shaped upper backboard with hanging slot. No Westclox maker's mark is visible on the wooden cabinet, so the cabinet is described separately rather than claimed as a factory Westclox accessory.

A distinctive collectible early-1930s American mechanical alarm clock, ideal for a Westclox collection, vintage clock display, Art Deco interior or period desk/mantel display.
