As we make these in-house we can usually print and despatch same day if the order is received prior to 10.00am
Sturdy Strong Postal Tubes or hard backed envelopes are used for the Protection of Your Item During Delivery (this is also why the postal cost is more than just cost of delivery)
Evri or Royal Mail (3-5 working day delivery) is used as standard, or you can upgrade to an express delivery option from the drop down menu (excl. Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays)

Saturday & Sunday are not official working days but sometimes proofs are sent at the weekend, if however you have placed an order at the weekend or after 5.30pm Friday then please be advised not to worry if you haven't received contact as you will receive a proof Monday after the offices are open again
DAMAGE:
If when you receive your item it is damaged - please forward photographic evidence of the packaging and item immediately to our direct email so we can then instigate a claim with the relevant delivery company and supply a replacement if applicable. Claims need to be processed within 48 hours so it is imperative that we are notified immediately.
