This is a vintage Royal Albert Bone China small sugar bowl with an open top. From the backstamp, I believe it was made sometime around the 1950s - 1970s. There are no cracks or major chips, but there is a very small scratch/chip in the finish that is visible on one of the roses if you look very closely (see close-up picture).
