Plastic anchors/fasteners for fixing external thermal insulation composite systems with rendering (aka External Wall Insulation EWI).
Anchor length 135mm, suitable for fixing 100mm thick insulation (without needing a countersink/recess for the anchor's head) or >100mm thick insulation (by first cutting a 60mm diameter countersink/recess for the anchor's head).

This lot of 47 anchors was surplus, left over after our house was rendered, and is new/unused (just repackaged).

Suggested installation steps (see picture)
1. (If necessary) cut a 60mm diameter countersink/recess, and save the removed disc of insulation
2. Drill 8mm diameter hole through 100mm thickness of insulation and (at least) 35mm into wall
3. Push grey sleeve through insulation and into the wall
4. Knock the black pin home, so its far end spays the grey sleeve, anchoring it into the hole in the wall
5. Plug the countersink/recess using the disc removed in step 1, or fill the recess with render.
