This listing is for one Japanese Pokemon card titled Togepi No. 145 in the Neo Destiny series, released by Wizards of the Coast in 2001.  A fan favorite by famous artist Yuka Morii.

I am the original owner.  The card has been kept in a climate-controlled, smoke-free environment.  I am in no position to evaluate the condition or possible grade of a trading card. My estimate is that this card is in near mint condition, as if it was pulled fresh from a pack.

See photographs above for images of the actual item you will receive.  Please ask any questions before buying.  Buyer to pay $1.40 flat shipping cost.  To be delivered USPS non-machinable First Class mail letter in a topload card holder.  I am pleased to have a 100% positive seller rating and want to continue that reputation with you by making quality items available to collectors.  Please see my other listings for additional Pokemon cards.
