Getting juice:
- place the juice container on top and hang the drainage tube by attaching its clamp to the container's handle
- place the washed fruit loosely into the fruit container, adding the appropriate amount of sugar
- put on the lid
Place the assembled juice extractor on the stove and heat for a specific duration, depending on the type of fruit or vegetables used. Apply maximum heat (gas flame or highest setting on the hotplate, depending on the stove) until the mixture begins to boil. Reduce the heat once wisps of steam appear. Once the fruit stops releasing juice, drain it into sterilized containers placed underneath.
