A stunning Omar Ramsdan solid silver raised bowl with cover.The rim is mounted with 12 silver balls,the lightly domed cover with central folate finial crowned with a cabochon carnelian.A Highly sought after master silversmith of the early 20th century this is a super clean,undamaged piece which has a lightly planished surface and the lid fits as good as the day it was made.Fully hallmarked to both inner lid and base for London 1926 and inscribed to base “Omar Ramsden”-Me Fecit.
