Sextette (1978) is Mae West's last film, made at 85 from her own stage play, and one of the great curiosities of the period: a movie-star wedding night endlessly interrupted by ex-husbands and international diplomacy. Timothy Dalton plays the new groom, with Ringo Starr, George Hamilton, Tony Curtis, Dom DeLuise, Walter Pidgeon, Alice Cooper and Keith Moon among the ex-husbands and hangers-on, and West delivering her own one-liners to the end.
