Designed to sit on your sushi bar, this case is perfect for showcasing your delicious offerings right where your hungry patrons can see them at eye level. In addition to sushi, this case is also great to display your high end meats and cheeses.
This case can hold up to (5) 1 1/2" deep 1/2 size hotel pans, included with the unit, and has LED lighting to illuminate the contents of the case. Not only does LED lighting provide a clean, white light, it is also energy efficient and does not create any heat inside of the cabinet. A bright white body, paired with the curved, tempered glass front, make this a sleek and modern approach to food display while also allowing the food itself to be the center of attention.
A right side compressor allows this unit to be flush to the wall or against other equipment on the left side. The rear sliding door gives easy access for both serving and loading of the food. A drain is located in the back of the unit to re-route water collected by the automatic defrost system. A built in digital temperature control is located in the rear of the machine. It is simple to control with an easy to read display, and ensures your case is kept at the ideal temperature for its contents.
This display case uses gravity coil refrigeration, meaning it is able to keep product cold, fresh, and ready to serve without the risk of dehydration. This makes it ideal not only for sushi, but also other offerings such as meats and cheeses.
