Beautiful handcarved pair of miniature owls, in bloodwood and heartwood. Each was carved out of one single piece of wood. The pair is not an exact match; their poses, size and wood are different. They make memorable bookends or mini sculptures of their own merit. Handmade in Amazonas, Colombia by Alirio Liberato. Alirio was recently awarded the Medalla de Arte Tradicional by the Colombian government; he was selected as winner out of 900 applicants. We are very lucky to be working with him!
