If you are looking for a special gift this wall plate is in exceptional condition and will please its new owner.
This exquisite Limoges Coronet France Plate adorned with a hand-painted game bird scene
is stunningly executed with two majestic game birds, captured in the moments before flight, grace the plate with wings spread wide, set against a breathtaking backdrop of tall green and pink grass under an orange sunset sky—an embodiment of nature's beauty skillfully rendered by a talented artist.
The plate's artistic charm is enhanced by intricate gold gilding along the Rococo bordered edge, adding a touch of opulence to this finely crafted piece. Turn it over, and you'll find the distinguished Limoges Coronet France mark in green with a crown, indicating its origin from the workshop of George Borgfeldt in Limoges, France, between 1906 and 1920.
Adding a personal touch, the plate is also signed by the artist Dulus, showcasing the individual craftsmanship behind this splendid creation. For easy display, there are drilled holes in the back for hanging, allowing you to showcase this work of art in your home effortlessly.
