Original brown cloth binding with red accents on the spine and gold gilt lettering. Ex-library copy, University of St Andrews Zoology Department. Top edge gilt. Boards have light rubbing and the mark from a coffee mug on the rear board. A thread of the cloth along the spine has come loose. Foxing along the edges of the pages, but not visible when the pages are open. Library stamps along the top edge, and on the front pastedown and front free endpage. Pages completely clean and in excellent condition, plates are bright and also in good condition. This copy is signed by both authors on the title page.
