This is a rare, nostalgic lot of 4 original Canadian Physical Fitness Award embroidered crests (Prix d'Efficience Physique) from the iconic school testing program (1970s–1980s).

Lot Includes:

• 3x Award of Excellence Patches (The highest achievable tier; red with dark borders and metallic gold stitching)
  
• 1x Gold Level Patch (Jeunesse En Forme / Fitness Award)
  

Excellent Vintage Condition. These are genuine, unapplied "deadstock" pieces. They have never been used, sewn, ironed on, or attached to any garments.

Stitching is crisp, clean, and completely intact. Colors remain vibrant.
