Was a part of my personal collection. - Stored in a smoke-free and pet-free home environment. - A card sleeve and top loader will be included w/this card. - Card has a couple of minor whiting on the left backside (Pictures 5 and 7). - There is a medium crease on the left side on the front (Pictures 2 and 3). - Card has some very light scratches on the holo picture (Pictures 2, 3, 4 and 8). - Card is slightly curved. Tried to flatten it out inside the penny sleeve and top loader, but reverts back to its curve state. - Overall, card is in very good condition.
