Fast Dispatch & Reliable Tracking
We know how important it is to get your clock parts quickly. That is why we work to the following strict shipping standards:
- Same-Day Dispatch: All orders placed before 3:30 PM (Monday to Friday) are packed and shipped the very same day. Orders placed after this time or over the weekend will be dispatched the next working day.
- Fully Tracked Delivery: All of our items are shipped using international Royal Mail Tracked services. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is dispatched, allowing you to follow your parcel straight to your door.
- Secure Packaging: Clock spindles and hands are fragile. We pack every order securely to ensure your components arrive straight, undamaged, and ready for assembly.
Safe & Flexible Payment Options
We process all transactions securely through eBay Payments, giving you a fast and protected checkout experience. You can pay using your preferred method at checkout:
- Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover
- Digital Wallets: Apple Pay and Google Pay
- Traditional: PayPal and PayPal Credit
- 30-Day Guarantee: We fully support eBay’s 30-Day Return Policy. If you need to return your item, please initiate the process through your eBay dashboard within 30 days of delivery.
- Return Shipping: Per our listing policy, the buyer is responsible for international return shipping costs and any associated customs/import duties for standard returns (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size selection).
- Tracking Required: For your protection, all returns must be sent back in their original, unused condition using a tracked shipping service.
- Fast Refunds: Your refund will be processed immediately through eBay as soon as the item is received and inspected at our UK facility.
