Lot of three lunchkits that represent three of five Star Wars kits released by King Seeley Thermos. These kits were released between 1978 and 1983, and include the following:
STAR WARS METAL LUNCHBOX from King Seeley Thermos 1978. This second of two Star Wars lunchkits by KST features characters from the full-length feature film of the same name, with an X-Wing Fighter taking on fire from a TIE fighter on the front panel (the TIE fighter is firing red lasers instead of green!). The back panel depicts.the classic scene from Star Wars episode IV movie where Luke Sywalker and 3CPO - while riding in their landspeeder heading into Mos Eisley - watch Ben Kenobi pull the famous Jedi mind trick “These are not the droids you’re looking for” on the stromtrooper. The bottom sees a Stormtrooper on a dewback while the top displays a fleet of X-Wings attacking the Death Star and two TIE-Fighters. Another mastrpiece from Box designer and KST artist Don Henry.
THE EMPIRE STRIKES BACK METAL LUNCHBOX AND PLASTIC THERMOS from King Seeley Thermos 1981. This 2nd of the ESB kits, features actual photos of the full-length Star Wars movie of the same name. The front panel features the scene of Luke holding his blaster up to a creature he would soon learn is Jedi Master Yoda while R2-D2 looks on. The back panel has an image of stormtroopers getting ready to fire on the Falcon. The rim panels have the image of Yoda on one side - with the publicity still of Darth Vader and two stormtroopers in front of a red backdrop on the other. The top image has C-3PO and R2-D2 walking down a corridor of Echo base. The bottom showcases the artwork of Ralph McQuarrie’s rendition of Cloud City with a Twin-Pod Cloud Car floating nearby.
RETURN OF THE JEDI METAL LUNCHBOX AND PLASTIC THERMOS from King Seeley Thermos 1983. This kit features scenes and characters from the second of the full-length Star Wars movie of the same name. Beautifully illustrated and designed by KST freelancer Gene Lemery. Features Luke Skywalker flanked by several Gamorrean Guards, Klaatu, Squid Head and Beedo on the front panel – Darth Vadar’s head floating in space as he watches several Star Destroyers and TIE-Fighters approach the second Death Star on the back. Rim panels have Lando fighting off a Klaatu skiff guard while the other end has Wicket the Ewok standing in a mushroom garden on Endor. The bottom has an image of Jabba on his throne with Bib Fortuna while a Jawa fans the vile gangster. The top has Max Rebo and Droopy McCool playing their instruments while a Jawa and Salacious Crumb look on.

SW #2: Box in C-8.5 Excellent Plus. Panels are clean and glossy (with blemishes on bottom right of back panel) with very light rim wear on front - a tad heavier on back - with no corner dents. Metal hardware is nice and shiny. Inside is very clean overall with rubbings in corner of box;
ESB: Box and Thermos in C-8.5 Excellent Plus. Box panels are clean and glossy (with light pitting on left side of front panel) with clean and glossy side panels. Very clean rims with light blemishes on left side of front. No corner dents or dimples. Metal hardware is nice and shiny. Inside of boxes are also very clean - with no previous owner markings; and
RofJ: Box and Thermos in C-8.5 Excellent Plus. All panels are clean and glossy throughout with light rim wear and no corner dents. Metal hardware is nice and shiny and inside is very clean.
