Hey--I've purchased parts of an "open stock" set, only to have the line discontinued, too!  Before I could get all the options I eventually wanted, poof!  So--this, according to its original box, is part 18612, which is a shelf that hangs from a wall bar, which includes a white plastic tray that hooks to the shelf bottom.  Perfect for small potted herbs (to mind the drips).  Brushed stainless, as is the whole IKEA Grundtal product line.
