For sale is our exceptionally clean, smart, and highly reliable 2015 Kia Sportage 1.7L Diesel EcoDynamics 1 Trim. The car runs beautifully. The only reason we are parting with it is because my wife found it a bit too large for her daily supermarket runs and tight parking spaces, so she has downsized to a smaller Vauxhall Mokka.

The cruise control works perfectly—making our 5 to 6 and a half hour trips up to Blackpool incredibly relaxing and smooth. We would not hesitate to drive it there tomorrow; it is highly trustworthy.
HONEST DETAILS AND MECHANICAL NOTES:
- Gearbox: Since the new clutch was fitted, there is a minor stiffness when trying to select 4th gear. Rather than force it, my wife has simply been driving it by shifting straight from 3rd to 5th, and then into 6th, which it does smoothly and with absolutely no issues at all. It handles town driving and motorways perfectly like this, and has done for some time. Tyre Pressure Sensor: The TPMS light is currently illuminated on the dashboard. The tyres are all at the exact correct pressures, but this is a very common Kia sensor battery quirk. It doesn't affect the drive at all.
- Interior: Clean Sportage 1 cloth interior. As you can see from the photos, it is exceptionally clean, tidy, and well looked after. No nasty stains, rips, or smoke smells. The boot carpet is immaculate and includes the original load cover.
- Exterior: Very clean and presentable overall in a beautiful blue/aqua color. It has a minor, shallow dent on the rear passenger door which was already present when we originally bought the vehicle. Aside from that, it just features the standard, tiny age-related stone chips from road grit that you would expect on any genuine car of this age. There are no major or deep scratches anywhere.
PLEASE NOTE REGARDING VEHICLE STATUS AND TERMS:
- SORN Status: The car is currently SORN'd and stored safely off-road in our private concrete yard behind a secure roller shutter door. Because of this, standard road test drives are not permitted, but you are welcome to inspect it fully and test it within our yard.
- Drive-Away Requirements: The buyer will need to tax the vehicle online using the new keeper slip before driving it away on public roads, or arrange flatbed transport.
- Couriers Welcome: Collection in person is welcome. However, I am more than happy to work with the buyer to accommodate a vehicle transport courier/flatbed collection if you are buying from further afield (I have a 100% positive eBay feedback rating with 470+ reviews, including recent successful courier collections).
- Note to Tyre Kickers: The car is priced very fairly with the 4th gear quirk strictly in mind. The rear Passenger Door has a small dent, it was on the car when we bought it. Also handbrake might need small adjustment, as my wife is paranoid about handbrakes, it went through the MOT fine. Do not message me with lowball or stupid offers trying to claim it needs a fortune spent on it. The biggest and most expensive job on a car of this age—the clutch—has already been completely done and paid for. I am not giving this car away cheaply.
- Payment: Strict Bank Transfer or Cash on Collection only. The car will not be released until funds are fully cleared into my available balance.
- As this car did not come with a spare wheel or jack and tools. I sourced a matching alloy wheel with very good tyre on and a car jack and tools.at my own expense.As they was an extra expense, they will be sold separately from the car.
