2 appear to be in clown costumes, 1 looks like some Asian costume, with long braided hair, and the one of the right looks like a their wearing a suit & top hat costume wearing a mask or face paint and holding a cane. Also, the one on the left is holding their fingers pointing below their chin in the shape of a finger pistol.
