This specific unit is discounted due to it being a customer return.  Looks new, but can tell it was hooked up and used.  We tested it and works good.  No issues.  It is complete as pictured except it is missing the little baggy with the jumper cable and 2 extra blade fuses in the picture.  Except for that it is all there which obviously that is not needed for use.
