This is a proposed design for the 2013 Official Inaugural Medal of President Barack Obama's second term. It was not ultimately selected and is much less common than the design that was. It comes in the original box with wood stand. Far fewer of this design were produced than the one that was actually selected as the official medal, yet many consider the design better than the one that was chosen. This medal was produced with a limit of 50 pieces in silver-plate, but it is uncertain whether that many were actually produced and sold.
