Bold and highly decorative, this modern, unworn elephant brooch features a glossy black enamel finish accented with rich gold tone and four faceted olive-green rhinestones. The elephant is depicted in profile with its trunk raised, while its body is covered in an ornate, saddle-like pattern of raised gold-tone beading, twisted rope-style borders, and small stud details. The elaborate decoration evokes the ceremonial trappings traditionally used to adorn elephants for festivals and formal processions, giving the brooch a richly ornamented character. Gold-tone accents define the ears, feet, tusk and body contours, while the olive-green stones add a softer flash of colour against the deep black enamel. The raised trunk is a particularly popular elephant motif. It is widely associated with good fortune, prosperity and protection, while the elephant itself has long represented strength, wisdom, memory and dignity. The reverse has a textured gold-tone finish and features a conventional pin stem and rollover safety clasp. The brooch measures 5 cm across x 3.7 cm high (1.97 x 1.46 in). If you know someone whose collection could use a raised-trunk dose of good fortune, like, share or tag them in. 🐘✨ #ElephantBrooch #EnamelBrooch #BlackEnamelJewellery #GoldToneJewellery #RhinestoneBrooch #ElephantJewellery #LuckyElephant #AnimalBrooch #StatementBrooch #CostumeJewellery #ModernJewellery #BroochCollector
