Vintage Bronze Indian Rhinoceros Sculpture / Statue
Striking vintage metal sculpture depicting an Indian rhinoceros (Greater One-Horned Rhino) with wonderfully detailed armor-like skin folds, prominent horn, ears, facial features and heavy body.
The sculpture has a rich dark brown aged patina with areas of natural green/verdigris oxidation, giving it an attractive old-world appearance. The substantial approximately 2-pound weight and aged surface are consistent with a cast bronze or bronze-alloy construction.
