Return for Refund: 
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price (shipping charges are not refundable). Returned item must be in the original packaging and condition showing no signs of wear or abuse; otherwise the return will either be refused or a 20% restocking fee will be assessed. We recommend that you use a reliable carrier , insure your package when returning your item. Yinfente Music Store is not responsible for shipping damages for returns.

Exchanges: 
If you have discovered that you purchased an incorrect merchandise, color, size, or simply want to upgrade to another item, please contact us . You may return the package in its original packaging and condition for exchange within 15 days of receipt. Buyers will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the regular shipping and handling cost. Free shipping does not apply to exchange merchandise.

Damage Upon Arrival / Discrepancies: 
If you have received a damaged or discrepancy package upon arrival, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt and retain all original packaging (including the original corrupted box). We will request digital pictures of the damage/discrepancy item for reference, and arrange FREE replacement after we receive the pictures.
