Descriptions:
I. Tachometer Power Input: VDD inputs DC positive pole, voltage between DC8V-DC24V is acceptable. If there is a 5V voltage, it can also be input directly from +5V. GND inputs DC negative pole. II. Speed Signal Input (5V Level): Speed signal inputs from CP+ and CP- can be in three modes: Common Cathode, Common Anode, and Differential. Common Anode Connection: Connect CP+ to the tachometer's +5V [Common connection method, so the default is a shorted pin header. The other two connection methods require removing the shorting cap! Remember!!!], and connect CP- to the speed signal pulse. If used with our shop's brushless driver, the default is CP- connected to the PG port, and the speed signal's GND is connected to the tachometer's GND. (Default common usage, suitable for NPN type C pole output) Common Cathode Connection: Connect CP- to the tachometer's GND, CP+ to the speed signal pulse, and the speed signal's GND to the tachometer's GND. (Suitable for PNP type C pole output) Differential Signal Connection: CP+ connects to the speed pulse signal + pole, and CP- connects to the speed pulse signal - pole. III. Parameter Settings: Pulses Per Revolution Setting: Long press SET (setting key) for three seconds then release. The first digit of the digital tube displays 'C'. Use the ▼ (adjust -) and ▲ (adjust +) keys to increase or decrease (long pressing will accelerate the adjustment). Adjust between 0-250 (set to 0 for frequency measurement).d
