I think this one is called 'Congratulations' it seems to be one of the less common ones!

Wooden frame which has been repainted in black satin paint to give it a refresh

Preowned & vintage, the frame is not perfect it has been repainted but it looks smart in black which frames the print nicely, looks fine when hung, the picture has good colour not faded
