Q: How to properly maintain this grinder?
A: This grinder is suitable for grains with a size of 2–3 cm. Do not use oversized grains, as they cannot pass through the grinding chamber. If the machine gets stuck during grinding and grains fail to feed down, the high load may cause overheating. In this case, clean the machine before operating again.If overheating occurs, allow the machine to cool down completely before restarting.

Q: I received two types of disks. What is the difference between them?
A: As shown in the picture, one disk is designed for wet grinding, and the other is suitable for dry grinding.

Q: What should I pay attention to when grinding?
A: When grinding coarse grains, adjust the fineness first. Soak ingredients until soft, add water evenly while grinding, and adjust the fineness appropriately.Most grains for making paste need to be soaked overnight in advance. Always set the desired fineness before adding water and starting to grind.
