Gently used condition aside from missing fasteners on the leg openings. Take them to your tailor to decide on what to use. I believe originally it was hooks that were sewn on.

Sz 42: 28” waist, 19” across hip, 12.5” front rise, 22” inseam, 7” leg opening, 33.5” pant length.
