Shipping from JAPAN.
The following is a list of the shipping methods we use. You can use the means of delivery that you can select on the order screen.
- Economy Shipping => JapanPost or eBay SpeedPAK.
- Standard Shipping => JapanPost.
- Expedited Shipping => JapanPost , UPS, Fedex, eBay SpeedPAK or DHL.
※ Please note that the postal delivery may take more time than eBay's expectation to arrive.
Additional shipping charges may apply for remote areas based on the buyer's shipping address. If your location is classified as a remote area by the shipping carrier, we will contact you before dispatch.
Returns
Please understand that our shop records photos and videos before sending the item in order to prevent malicious fraud and take appropriate measures to prevent damage during shipping.
In the unlikely event that an item is damaged, we require that you keep and photograph not only the contents of the package, but also the outer packaging (sealed envelope, box, etc.).
International Buyers - Please Note
For shipments to the United States
The shipment will be sent on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. In this case, customs duties and related handling fees are already included in the shipping cost, and buyers will not be charged any duties or related fees on delivery (no cash-on-delivery charges for customs).
For shipments to other countries
Customs duties and taxes are not included in the shipping cost (DDU shipping). Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
We do not undervalue items or mark them as "gifts" - this is against international customs regulations.
