Cleaned inside and out. I did not want to put it on a grinder to smooth out nicks because some people prefer the original antique steel tone as is. Lubricated and oiled. Certainly it’s not new out of the box like a machined modern wrench but it does not slip going either way. All original parts still on it. I thoroughly cleaned and adjusted one of original springs to give it more tension and it’s working great. Lever on back is working smoothly and ball bearing is still firmly in place and depresses easily when putting on a socket. This wrench although not NOS is extremely hard to find and especially in good clean working condition. I know there’s a collector that will appreciate this wrench. If you have any questions or would like some more photos please let me know. Thanks y’all
