Manuscript "3" rate marking at upper right of the address panel. Reverse bears a Toronto receiving backstamp, partially struck. Condition faults: the reverse shows tearing and loss to the paper in the area of the original seal and backstamp, with the backstamp itself partly affected by the damage.
