Lot of 8 issues of Aperture, the noted fine art photography magazine published by Aperture Foundation.

Issues feature work and articles relating to a wide range of important photographers and artists, including Sebastião Salgado, William Eggleston, Robert Capa, Ansel Adams, David Hockney, Hiroshi Sugimoto, Lucas Samaras, Flor Garduño, Eikoh Hosoe, Paolo Pellegrin and others.

One issue is the Aperture 50th Anniversary 1952–2002 edition. Subjects represented include documentary photography, portraiture, fine art photography and international photographic projects.

All seven magazines are included. Pre-owned vintage issues with varying amounts of normal cover, edge and handling wear. The black 50th Anniversary issue shows more noticeable surface rubbing/scratching to the cover.

A nice group for a photography collector, photographer or art library.
