PUMA x Lola Plaku Nova GRL PWR Women’s Running Sneakers
A bold collision of retro running style and futuristic design, the PUMA x Lola Plaku Nova GRL PWR sneaker was created in collaboration with PUMA co-creative partner Lola Plaku as part of a collection centered around female confidence and empowerment.
Inspired by PUMA’s archival 1990s running silhouettes, the Nova GRL PWR combines a slim, feminine upper with an exaggerated sculpted sole for a distinctly “Futro” look. The mixed-material construction pairs mesh, leather and suede with striking layered overlays, dimensional details and vivid pops of cobalt blue, neon yellow-green, blush pink, coral and black.
A chunky sculpted EVA midsole gives the sneaker its dramatic architectural profile, while the leather PUMA Formstrip sweeps across the lateral side. The signature GRL.PWR tongue tab finishes the design with an unmistakable statement detail.
