Q: Does not work after connection?
A:
1.Make sure you've connected the compatible permanent outdoor lights 2. If you accidentally connect it to a Govee Pro version or lights from other brands, cut off the power immediately to prevent accidents.
2.Check whether the adapter is working properly. A dim green light will appear(close to the output end) when adapter is in the normal working state.
3.Make sure you've connected the wire connectors between the string lights, and press the control box for more that 5s to reset.
- Applicable Products: This control box is only applicable for 100ft, 150ft and 200ft Govee Permanent Outdoor Lights Pro (H706A/ H706B/ H706C). Please note that this control box is NOT compatible with other Permanent lights model.
- IP65 Waterproof Rating: This Control box is rated as IP65, it CAN NOT be immersed in water for a long time.
- Included Items: Only one control box is included. NOT adapter, NOT Extension Lights and NOT Driver module. Other accessory is available in our store.
- Installation Notice: The total length of lights should NOT EXCEED 200ft. For lengths over 150ft, a driver module (Additional purchase) is required.
- Recommend Usage: If the original control box is damaged, this accessory can be purchased for replacement.
