Vintage pair of genuine D&W Sales Engineering ROTAIRE RV heating / HVAC vent registers removed from a 1987 Winnebago Itasca motorhome.

These are authentic D&W Rotaire vents, with the manufacturer markings molded directly into the pieces, including “ROTAIRE” and “D & W SALES ENG.”

This classic round Rotaire design features an adjustable center control and internal damper system that allows the airflow to be opened, closed and directed as needed.

The brown / walnut finish is especially appropriate for 1970s and 1980s RV interiors and makes these a nice choice for someone restoring an older Winnebago, Itasca, camper or motorhome while trying to retain the original period-correct appearance.

These appear to be from D&W’s classic 3840-series Rotaire family. The comparable walnut dampered version is commonly identified as model 3840RWN and is designed for approximately 4-inch flexible ducting.

These are used vintage RV parts and naturally show signs of age, previous installation and normal use, including surface wear, scratches, dust and cosmetic marks. Their original brown color remains attractive and they have a great period-correct appearance.

Excellent replacement pieces for a vintage Winnebago Itasca restoration, and potentially suitable for many other older RVs, campers, motorhomes, manufactured homes and recreational vehicles that use the same style and size duct opening.
