Delivery & Collection

We aim to dispatch all items within two working days of receiving payment.  Delivery usually takes 2 - 3 working days from dispatch, although occasionally it may take a little longer.  The courier method used for posting your item will be detailed on your invoice.

You are welcome to collect this item from our Retail Donation Centre.

Our collection times are:
Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 4:30pm
Saturday: 10:00am - 4:00pm
Sunday 11:00am - 4:00pm

If you would like to collect your item, please let us know and we will send you a revised invoice with the postage removed, along with our collection address.

We kindly ask that all items are collected withing 7 days of purchase if you are unable to collect within this time, please send us a message and let us know.

Payments

You can pay for your purchase using most debit and credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, subject to payment options available through eBay at checkout.

For multiple purchases, we will combine postage wherever possible.  Please send us a message or request a total before making payment, and we will send you a revised invoice with the combined postage cost.    

Payment must be made before collection and within 7 days of the auction ending.  If you are unable to make payment within this time, please contact us through eBay.
