Was retired from an professional eye care place.

No printer paper and no "battery" is included that goes inside the same compartment on the base. 

(Neither is needed to actually use the unit itself)

There is a small plastic cover part missing over the green LED near the eye on one side. The other side has tape on the cover just like the one that is missing. No big deal I just make sure and let people know.

Manual is like new.

Cover is included.

ALL cords/wires are in very good condition.
