In perfect working condition. No stripped taps or threads. All lights work. I'm not sure the origin of the unit, but it seems to be very good quality. Mounted on good and looked good. Though it may take a little effort to get it just right. The harness does need to be cut to get the lines on. I left on the old pigtails so you can see how easily it goes on. Just need the white to the white, and black to black. In excellent condition overall. Garage kept, low hours, well maintained. Comes with everything in the images.
