Excellent clean condition of memoir of French novelist. Complete with slipcase.  342 pages.  Decorated navy blue hardcover with gilt illustrated front and titles on spine in gilt.  Mustard endpapers and top edge of text block also mustard.  Clean interior with no inscriptions.  Binding solid and tight.  Includes photographs and artwork in black and white throughout. Slipcase in excellent condition with a few light soiling spots.  Exterior cover has slight fading to spine color.
