Wooden cover on the earpiece will need to be reglued. Please look at pictures for cosmetic details. Pictures are of the actual item. 

I managed to do some testing using an OBI, Incoming calls work, it rings, speaker and microphone work. The only thing that I did not manage to do is make calls not sure if it was because of the OBI not set up correctly or the phone.
