This is the correct head/hair/eye combination used for the Caucasian Man of Action figures (and Talking Man of Action variants). The 1964 copyright date is the original Hasbro marking that continued on many Adventure Team bodies.

Condition:

Excellent overall. The body shows no real wear and all joints are perfect — tight, smooth, and fully functional with no cracks, stress marks, or looseness. The flocked hair is present with only the light, expected age-related wear typical of original life-like hair. Face paint is clean and sharp. No clothing, boots, or accessories are included (figure is as shown in the photos).

This is an original Hasbro piece, not a reproduction or modern reissue. Outstanding example for any vintage G.I. Joe or Adventure Team collection!
