Replacement coolant nozzle for lathe live tooling, 3D printed in PETG. Designed to deliver focused coolant to the cutting zone and to locate securely in live tooling sockets using a spherical locating ball.
Key Features
  1. Ball diameter: 11.9mm (Spherical locating ball that fits into live tooling sockets).
  2. Material: PETG - tough, impact resistant, chemically stable for common cutting fluids
  3. Finish: 3D Printed; functional surface with typical layer lines. This does not create a perfect seal but more than adequate for machine tool use.
  4. Function: Directs coolant to the tool/workpiece; suitable for retrofit or replacement on compatible live tooling. Check your size before ordering.
