For your consideration I'm offering this beautfully carved and finished hard stone brush washer. All I can tell you about it is that I've owned it for 35 years or so and bought it at an estate sale where the deceased owners' children told me that their parents had lived for a time in pre-Mao China and had brought it home to the US with them. I am calling it Qing because that's what Google Lens told me it was. It's about 3" long and features an insect carved in the amber colored stone, what may be a chilong peeking over the edge next to it (frankly, it looks kind of like a frog with a tail), and lots of leaves and flowers carved into the larger shape which may represent a pomegranate or a snuff bottle. It's a wonderful little piece of skilled craftsmanship and I'm sure you'll be pleased to own it.
