Although unmarked, I believe this spittoon originated from the New England area of the United States from the Bennington company made during the late 1800’s. It has a flat round shape with a shell design circle in the top. It has two openings, one in the center and one at the edge for cleaning.  The piece measures 7 1/2” across in stands 3 1/2” tall. Basically in very good condition with no major damage or repairs especially to the top and sides. I will mention and as pictured spots on the bottom feet showing some flaking in the glaze, I’m sure some from used, possibly others from excess glaze flaking off at production.  The inside is clean without residue. A very nice piece for a primitive decor or blended pottery collection. Please view all pictures of they are considered part of the description.
