Operating Instructions

  • Ensure the voltage (110V) matches the power supply and the grounding wire is securely connected.
  • Adjust support feet height to level the conveyor platform.
  • Turn on the power switch and verify normal motor startup.
  • Rotate the speed control knob to gradually increase from minimum speed to the desired rate (avoid sudden acceleration to prevent item toppling).
  • After use, clear all items from the conveyor belt. Reduce speed to minimum, then turn off the power switch.
  • Reduce speed to minimum, then turn off the power switch.
  • Clean residual stains (use neutral detergent for grease).

Precautions

  • Never operate with wet hands – risk of electric shock.
  • Keep hands/tools away from moving parts (chains, rollers) during operation.
  • Disconnect power during prolonged inactivity and cover the equipment with a dust-proof cloth.

  • ！！！POWER INPUT: 110V ONLY

     This machine is equipped with a built-in VFD and is designed for 110V AC, 60Hz, single phase only. DO NOT connect to 220V or 380V — this will damage the VFD drive.

    The motor nameplate "220V/380V" is the motor's rated voltage, NOT the required supply. Simply plug into a standard 110V outlet.
