It rests beautifully on its original, integrated lyre-shaped brass stand.
This is a 3-in-1 mechanical instrument featuring three elegant white sub-dials:
Top Dial: Aneroid Barometer (Measuring atmospheric pressure with classic Rain, Change, and Fair indicators)
Bottom Left Dial: Hygrometer (Measuring relative humidity percentage)
Bottom Right Dial: Thermometer (Measuring temperature in both Fahrenheit and Centigrade)
Condition Report:
Cosmetic: This item is in authentic vintage condition and displays a beautiful, honest aged character. The front dial face and glass look clear and present wonderfully. There is a small scratch on the upper Aneroid Barometer next to the dial . The brass-toned casing shows standard signs of mid-century age, including areas of lacquer flaking, surface spotting, and minor patina/wear—particularly on the reverse side (please review all photos closely to evaluate the finish).
Mechanical: The inner mechanisms are intact. Dimensions: Diameter: Approximately 7.25 inches (excluding the top loop) Display: Free-standing via the attached brass desk mount.
This beautiful piece of Hollywood Regency / Mid-Century design makes an incredible addition to any office desk, library bookshelf, or vintage instrument collection.
