System has a loose power port as a lot of this model does. If you jiggle the port around, it turns on and functions. The other issue that I have seen with it, the 1st controller port does not let the controller press up UNLESS you have a controller plugged into the second port. Id assume its a cap or a trace issue on the board. I don't know for sure

The power adapter works and is an official Sega branded adapter
The RF adapter mostly works. It gives the fuzzy image if not plugged in just right
Comes with the original Box, bags and the paperwork shown. The Sega Sports cushion is not included.
