Includes everything pictured. I believe it's mostly complete based on the picture on the box...but it hasn't been inventoried...what is shown is what's included. Also includes original box which has tape on it

The pieces for the most part are in good clean condition...the only issue is the white pull out counter has pink ink stains on it. Aside from that condition is good.
