All my products are unused unless stated otherwise. However, it's possible that the outer packaging may show very slight signs of handling from storage and may not be entirely pristine. I always try to picture the item from all angles and highlight any flaws I find, please always check the pictures and ask for more if needed.

All my listings are genuine and I only sell items I’d happily wear or use myself. Please feel free to ask any questions before making a purchase.

COMBINED SHIPPING -
- If buying more than 1 item, postage should be combined during checkout for all the items together - however, please do feel free to get in touch if you have any issues or questions. 

RETURNS -
- I can only accept returns if an item is significantly not as described or if I have sent the wrong item by mistake - please do contact me straight away if there is any problem with your order. For any other reason the buyer will pay to return and a refund will be issued after inspection of the item. 
Please do get in contact in case of any issues.
- Due to the rise in return-related scams, all items are discreetly marked and weighed before dispatch. Any returned products that do not match the original item or show signs of tampering will be reported and not refunded.

- All items are sold as pictured - please review all photos and read the further description in this section carefully before purchasing. If in doubt feel free to contact me before buying, I'll be happy to help.
- I am not responsible for issues arising from improper use, buyer’s remorse, or postal delays.
- To reduce waste and minimise my carbon footprint, I may reuse packaging when shipping your order. I carefully pack all my orders to avoid issues in transit.
